Road Trip

Just finish my exams today. Summer just started for me. I have ahead the shortest summer of my life (or the longest). July will be my last month in Europe before leaving to Brasil (Boa Sorte).  As in couples of weeks I'll be posting from Rio de Janeiro, I will love to share my lasts plans with you.

My first plan is a Road Trip around the South of Spain, Morocco & Portugal. 500 km of Coast.
I'll be traveling, from the 1st until 9th of July, with my van & my only and favorite girl (BM). 

Our main schedule is: Tarifa, Tanger, Bolonia, Faro, Lagos & Sagres. Including Zahara, Calas de Praia Dona Ana, Cape Saint Vincent and other tempting places.

I will try to keep posting. July is a very long month, time for a lot of plans.

Distant Shores

Everyone dreams of running away someday, leaving troubles behind, traveling wild by yourself or with someone else, finding new paradise places, meeting new people, discovering yourself, finding a new way to live, experience new feelings... but only a small amount have the luck to make it happen. Distant Shores (SurfMag) shows us stories about a couple of this small amount of person (few of 7,000,000,000). 

First project is called 'Celtic Front' by Fergal Smith & Tom Lowe

The second project is by Kepa Acero (a guy that I have always try to reflect myself and well known in @BmbsPlace). In this video Mr Acero (Mr. Steel) show us the reasons why he decided to organize all his trips (4), explains in what he believes and how life has work for him. Kepa is the kind of persons that from minute 1 he inspires you, he is full of energy, always wearing a smile and very rich but without any money. What I mean by ''rich'' is that without a doubt he is a man with one of the richest lives that I know. He does what he wants & what he likes. His wallet is empty but his heart is full. So yes, for myself he is a Billionaire and he should be rank in Forbes.

Also in the Distant Shores we find the 'Frozen North' a story about Sam Hammer, Pat Millin, Dane Gudauskas and couple of other boys looking for waves and breaks in the North of Norway, in the Arctic Circle. Surfing with snow? Crazy as hell but Yeah.

Finally 'Battle at Apocalypse' in Java (Indonesia) with Jay Davies, Dylan Longbottom, Lee Wilson

The Mahogany

Yesterday I was looking around for cool stuff to show you in @BMBsPlace and I decided that was time for good music. As a big fan of Folk I was listening to one of my favorites songs on Youtube Yodelice - Talk To Me. Clicking on some recommended videos I found what is called The Mahogany Sessions: it's a Youtube Channel with one of the greatest compilations of Great Unknown Music, Songs & Artists. They also have a blog http://www.themahoganyblog.com. Their material is simply amazing: more than 200 videos, near to 20 000 subscribers & over 5 000 000 visits.

Follow The Sun - Xavier Rudd

If you have been following http://www.bmbsplace.com/ for a couple of months you will know that Xavier Rudd is one of my favorite artist. As summer started already in the Northern Hemisphere I would love to show you this great video & song called "Follow The Sun". It was filmed in Australia in a place called Stradbroke Island not far away from Brisbane. All I want to do in life is to enrich myself and as the famous quotes says "travel is the only thing that you buy and makes you richer". So right now traveling is my plan in life and Australia is a MUST in this plan.
